Jesus Appeases the Wrath of God (Mark 15:33-41)
May 3, 2015 Preacher: Eric Douma Series: Mark
Scripture: Mark 15:33-41
In Mark 15:33-41 we examine how Jesus appeased the wrath of God by His death on the cross. In this message, we take a close look at the significance of the darkness that accompanied Jesus' last three hours on the cross. We conclude that this darkness did indeed happen historically and that it signified God's wrath being poured out. Jesus' death was also accompanied by the tearing of the veil within the temple that separated the holy place from the holy of holies. Come and hear how you can have access to God's throne forever through faith in Christ.
