All People Are Guilty of Violating God’s Moral Law (Romans 2:12-16)

December 13, 2015 Preacher: Eric Douma

Scripture: Romans 2:12-16

In Romans 2:12-16 we examine how both Jews and Gentiles are guilty of violating God’s moral law. Paul teaches that although the Gentiles did not have the Mosaic Law, their conscience and their thoughts bore witness that God had written the law on their hearts. Paul shows this to quench the false superiority that Jews may have felt over the Gentiles, but he also proves that the Gentiles are morally culpable for sinning against God’s holy standard. Come and hear for yourself why no person can argue that they cannot know God’s moral will.
