God’s Righteousness Through the Gospel Part 1
February 28, 2016 Preacher: Eric Douma
Scripture: Romans 3:21-26
In Romans 3:21-26 Paul explains how a sinner can have the imputed righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ. In this first message on this passage we focus on how God’s salvific plan of messianic salvation was rooted in the Old Testament. Paul says that this gospel was “witnessed by the Law and the Prophets” (Rom. 3:21) indicating that Paul’s doctrine on justification was not some new concept that began with him. Come and hear why you can have confidence in the gospel of Christ that was taught from the beginning of time through the Law and the Prophets.
