In Romans 5:12-21 Paul begins to address how the two impediments to our glorification, sin and death, are going to be conquered. Paul will explain that sin and death are conquered by the new Adam – Jesus Christ. Our focus in this message (Romans 5:12-14) is on how every single person born into this world is born into a sinful condition because they are dead in Adam. We learn in this message that being born “dead in Adam” implies that every person is born a guilty sinner who can do nothing pleasing in God’s sight. We also learn from this why salvation is only possible through the power of regeneration that comes from God alone. Come and hear for yourself the true condition of mankind at birth.
