Paul's Call for Christian Liberty (Romans 14:1-6)

April 29, 2018 Preacher: Eric Douma Series: Romans

Scripture: Romans 14:1-6

In this message from Romans 14:1-6 we focus on the concept of Christian liberty. We examine how Paul reconciled “weak” and “strong” believers by reminding them of their mutual acceptance by God. He also reminded them of the liberty they had to observe or to not observe a particular day, and that they could eat or not eat certain foods. We also explained in this message why Sabbath rest is found by trusting in a person (Jesus Christ) and not observing a day. Come and hear for yourself about the liberty all believers have under the New Covenant.
