In this message taken from 1 Timothy 3:8-13 we examine the qualifications for deacon. We also give evidence that women can indeed by deacons as they are given specific criteria within this section of Scripture. We learn in this passage that deacons are designed to help serve the needs and burdens of believers in the church while the elders dedicate themselves to serving the body the word of God.
