Will You Listen to Satan or the Spirit?: Matthew 12:22-29
August 4, 2024 Preacher: Eric Douma Series: Matthew
Scripture: Matthew 12:22-29
In this message, taken from Matthew 12:22-29, we examine how the Spirit uses the miracles of Christ to testify of Jesus’ messianic credentials.
We also learn how the Pharisees attributed the miracles of Christ to the work of Satan. We explain how every person who listens to the Spirit will come to faith in Christ based on the miracles Jesus does. Those who listen to Satan, however, will not believe in Christ despite the overwhelming evidence.
We conclude from this that the Bible doesn’t ask us to believe in Jesus Christ despite evidence but because of the evidence. Come and hear for yourself why you can trust that the miracles of Christ testify of His true identity.
