As we continue in John's prologue in Revelation 1:4-8 we encounter an address to the church, a doxology to God, and the theme for the entire book. From this passage we can learn about our privileged status as believers who have peace with God and access to His grace through Christ. We also find a very high Christology in this section that can be used to prove the deity of Christ to those who are led astray by the cults.
