This morning's message is part three in our study of the relationship of the Mosaic Law to the New Covenant believer. We begin by examining the continuity and discontinuity that exists between the Mosaic Covenant and the New Covenant. We focus especially on the relevance of the "big three" laws that separated Jews from Gentiles during the Old covenant era. These included Sabbath, circumcision, and the food laws. We conclude the message by examining how the word of God is central to sanctifying God's people. Since this is true, we demonstrate how important it is to tolerate teaching and preaching that seeks to know authorial intent.
