Peter uses two terms for repentance and calls Israel to repent so that Messiah will come again with salvation for Israel. We see the Pharaoh got some relief from the frogs, and decided not to repent. Romans 11:25 is cited to show that there is an important "until" for the restoration of Israel. We go back to Luke 9 to show that Jesus is the One Moses predicted. The command to listen to Him comes from God Himself and is linked to the Day of Atonement.
