Signs of the Apostles - Acts 5:12-16
We examine the significance of miracles as signs of the apostles. Jesus appointed the apostles and sent them with His commission. Modern teachers who claim to be apostles are false. The true apostles performed signs that validated their apostolic authority. We discuss the necessary qualifications of being an apostle and conclude that there are no more after the death of the Biblical ones. We end by quoting Luther concerning how we identify a true work of the Spirit.
