There was a dispute between the apostles and the Sanhedrin concerning the temple as the “holy place.” Jesus had predicted the destruction of the temple. Under the new covenant, believers are holy people; places are not holy. We need to believe the promises of God and not go by apparent symptoms of evil spirits. God transfers us from the domain of darkness into the kingdom of His beloved Son. When God rescues people He brings them to Himself.
