This sermon was originally presented March 28, 2010. Many evangelicals have foolishly thought that the gospel was merely something for the unsaved to take the first step and become a Christian. We show through clear New Testament teachings, that the gospel is for the church because it is about the person and work of Christ. The church grows in the grace and knowledge of God through hearing and believing sound gospel preaching. Many passages are expounded to show this.
