In this message I continue to define various terms used in eschatology. My desire in doing so is to show the centrality of Daniel’s 70^th week to all future prophecy. I also desire to show how the parousia of Christ (the technical term for His coming), the broad day of the Lord, and the seven year tribulation period are roughly synonymous. This is critical because Christ declares that both His second advent and the day of the Lord come like a thief (Matt 24:43; 1 Thess. 5:2). If either preceded the other, one would cease to come like a “thief in the night.” Come and learn just how profound and clear the Bible is about end times events.
