In this message we conclude our discussion about the nature of the sun, moon, and stars language used by the prophets regarding the day of the Lord. We examine how this figurative language will become literal in the future 70th week of Daniel. I also show how understanding these signs helps us understand that Matthew 24:29-31 is about the ingathering of Israel into its earthly kingdom, not the rapture of the church to heaven. We conclude with a preliminary discussion about the nature of true repentance.
