Introduction to Genesis and the Torah: Authorship (Part 1)
Speaker: Series: The Torah
We begin looking at the evidence for Moses's prophetic, mediatorial, authorial role in delivering the Torah from YHWH to his redeemed people, the sons of Israel. Our point of departure is the Torah's own explicit testimony to its origin and inscripturation, primarily during Moses and Israel's forty years in the wilderness between the events of the Exodus and the Conquest. Lord willing, we'll continue to trace this witness through the rest of the Torah and the Bible, as we survey at least some of the evidence for the divine-human authorship of the Torah.
