This week we begin to discuss Jesus's meeting with Nicodemus, a prominent leader among the Pharisees and of Judea's ruling council, the Sanhedrin. We begin to see how believing in Jesus as a great teacher, prophet, or miracle-worker sent from God is wholly inadequate. In order to enter into the Kingdom of God, you must be born from above.
