An overview of evangelicalism in America beginning in the 1700's and all the phases it went through. Evangelicalism served as America's civic (but not legally established) religion and conducted revivals long ago. The introduction of liberal theology divided evangelicals into liberals and conservatives (also known as Fundamentalists). Neo evangelicalism arose out of fundamentalism. This presentation shows the many things that neo-evangelicals embraced and its departure from the gospel.
